Taffys wig
« on: December 18, 2011, 04:33:56 PM »
I have had my Candy8Teen taffy for almost a year. Genraly I keep her wigless unless I am doing a shoot. Be nice to keep her wig on full time. Unfortunantly it keeps falling off fairly easy. I don't have that problem with my TB. Any suggestions on holding the wig on.

I put Layla's on with silicone.   I did remove it to replace it with another color and it was not that hard to get off.

It is a real turn off for the wig to come off in the heat of the moment......  :(

I just put it on in four small dots of silicone.

Are you talking about the purple wig you have had on her?

My wigs, unless they are super cheap, have adjustable bands on the inside caps.  Those stay on fairly well on my 18's.

Although I haven't used it myself, you might consider using velcro, or double faced tape.  Just clean the area really well before you stick it on her head.  And if it comes off, clean it well afterwards, so it's not sticky and attracts stuff to stick to it.

I would just try to find wigs with adjustable bands, myself.  I can help you find ones that are not expensive, and are pretty decent, and you probably can find purple if you want, they are from Hong Kong.  I have ordered several of mine from Hong Kong.  A green, blue, and brown one.   Let me know.
Genesis 2:18  "The [Doll] God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a [doll] suitable for him.”

Matthew 5:16 "Let your [photos] so shine before men, that they may see your [pretty dollies], and glorify [their Doll Maker]."
