TPE and cold
« on: December 10, 2017, 09:13:29 AM »
Hello,

I would like to know how much TPE can resist to the cold weather ?

By example, if I store a TPE doll in my garage, for the winter (the real Canadian winters ! haha). In her box. The temperature is around 2 celcius (35.6 F).

Is it a possible without problems and damages ?

Thanks

To funny.
One of my TPE girls stored in box outside (Balcon) for about 3 weeks. Temperature about +10 to -3 celsius.
Now it snows and I dicided 1 hour ago to get her out of the box.

She's so cold that I actual think about a warm welcome picture with an other  :D

Have not done a hole inspection, but she looks good.

Cold weather no problem to TPE doll. But store by natural unstress position, not legs or arms bend. If unbend if very cold possible increase likely split TPE.

It take longer to heat up for use. Possible 2 day in bed with electric blanket with set low or medium.
