The next day we had another quake that lasted about 40 seconds. This time we were back at the motel. Our room was on the second floor so the room seemed to sway more.

At least the weather was great the whole time  :thumb:

Sounds great. I've always wanted to admire a sunny day while falling into a fresh crevasse and hurtling toward the earth's core.

Party why I live in Massholeah. We just get the occasional Blizzard or Hurricane

Oh and the weather in Mass while I was gone was 90's and high humidity with a few thunder storms.

Was at the PROMARE! panel at the Convention Center when the 7.1 hit. Folks were startled a bit, but all took
it in stride. Felt like someone pushed you gently on a tire swing and you went side to side. Folks were more
concerned about the lighting fixtures & equipment racking overhead. It eventually stopped swaying and the
crowd cheered the folks from Trigger Studios to keep going. The lighting / electricity didn't go out at all.
Would have been more worried about that happening in a big auditorium.

Take care! litlluvr, Yoshe, Amiko, Marla, Michiko, & Yuna.
