In May 2011, we went to the Shaftsbury theatre in London for an event specific to a celebrity magazine.

Your pictures are amazing.

They always look like you just caught them in the moment and never staged.

Thanks guys. I crept up on June for this one, but she looked up just before I pressed the shutter release.

Everhard,

The hint of a smile that June is wearing says that she approved of your sneak attempt! Either that, or she was thinking that you ought to go jump off a cliff! (Note the hang-gliding posters.)

She certainly has a tremendous presence. I find myself just standing and watching her for minutes on end -- much as I do with Rebecca on the rare occasions that I get her out of her padded bunk. Bear in mind that nowadays June time-shares Laura's 4woods Neo-J body, as in this photo. I still have the LD body 1 (with its rather visible back repair) but it has developed a skin split at the base of the spine that I might not get round to repairing. (Likely it resulted from keeping the legs crossed too long or too often.)

Incidentally, in one of Ray's topics, the subject of recreating a real person in the form of a doll came up. (One of his dolls with goth make-up looks like the daughter of someone he knows...) Well, in a kind of reverse situation, I discovered film of a June lookalike in a bar in Paris in 1981. (To be fair, you don't see much of her, so it is hard to say what she looks like, but the hair at least is similar!) That June should have studied in Paris is unsurprising, but I am a bit shocked at this...
